Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, topped off our stay with great coffee served in a stylish lounge area. just a short 5-minute walk from public transport made exploring the city so convenient.

Almost perfect.

The property felt secure and had exceptional customer service.

During our stay, we faced multiple issues. The safe didn't work, and we were told it would be fixed, but it never was. Also, the heater barely functioned, leaving us cold on several occasions. The noise from the hall and external areas was disruptive, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

i almost was going to give a decent review, but then the WiFi was practically nonexistent, and i had to wait forever for hot water. also, i simply cannot believe a 5-star hotel wouldn’t offer a complimentary welcome drink or room upgrade for the troubles i faced. how rude!

Lovely room views of the golf course. Service could use some attention during peak hours. Great location near shopping and dining options.

The location is superb. just a few minutes' walk from the buzz of restaurants and shops. the staff really went the extra mile. we especially loved the amazing breakfast spread and the cozy lounge area.
